Degraded Service In Candidate Visibility for some customers

From about 3:30 to 3:40 PM, one of our Solr replicas went down. This caused some customers to experience degraded performance while searching for candidates. Also, modules on the Interview Dashboard and Main Dashboard that rely on this data were unavailable. We replaced the replica and these services recovered.
