Resolved

The cause of the outage has been identified and resolved. All Greenhouse systems are currently online.

Two deployment processes overlapped while creating a new database this morning, and the added number of connections to the main database caused Greenhouse Recruiting to fail intermittently for some users. The deployment processes completed within 3-5 minutes, bringing down the connections and restoring normal function to the site.

Monitoring

We have received alerts that Greenhouse Recruiting was briefly unavailable beginning at 9:14 EDT for a period of 3-5 minutes. Greenhouse Recruiting is now responding normally, and Greenhouse Job Boards and APIs are online and unaffected by this issue.
