Our DNS configuration has now been updated to use multiple DNS providers, mitigating the issue that was affecting many users. All users should be able to access Greenhouse Recruiting, Onboarding, Job Boards and other Greenhouse resources. This change should reduce our exposure to the kind of incident in the future.

Update

The majority of US-based and all non-US based users should be able to access Greenhouse Recruiting, Onboarding, Job Boards and other Greenhouse resources. Users based on the East Coast of the US may still be experiencing issues.

Identified

Due to issues with our DNS provider, many Greenhouse users will have difficulty accessing Greenhouse Recruiting, Onboarding and associated resources, including Job Boards. We are in the process of moving to an alternative DNS provider in order to mitigate the issue.
