Monitoring

It appears that the DNS providers are beginning to mitigate the DDoS attack, but we've also adjusted the DNS configuration for Greenhouse Onboarding so it should remain online in the event that the attack should continue.

Update

Greenhouse Onboarding and the Harvest API are currently unavailable for many users as a result of downtime by one of our underlying service providers. We will continue monitoring the situation and post additional updates soon.

Identified

The DDoS attacks against several major DNS providers have resumed, affecting the availability of the www.greenhouse.io. Users are still able to log into Greenhouse Recruiting via https://app.greenhouse.io/users/sign_in and Greenhouse Onboarding via https://onboarding.greenhouse.io/login.

You may also experience intermittent performance issues in Greenhouse Recruiting, particularly around viewing and managing attachments. We will update with additional information as soon as we have it.
