www.greenhouse.io is unavailable to some customers due to DNS issues - Greenhouse Recruiting, Job Boards, Onboarding, Analytics are unaffected.

We have addressed the DNS issues, and expect the site to become fully available as the new DNS configuration propagates.

The outage was caused by a misconfigured DNS record. We will work to understand how this happened so we can prevent future occurrences.

Our "marketing" site, www.greenhouse.io, is currently experiencing DNS issues. As a result, it may be unavailable to some users. All Greenhouse applications are online. Customers that have previously used www.greenhouse.io to access the Greenhouse Recruiting log in page can access Greenhouse Recruitment directly via http://app.greenhouse.io.
