All candidates are now appearing normally with all of their up-to-date information. The database that supports our search results, reporting, and APIs briefly became out of sync, causing new candidate profiles and any updates made in Greenhouse to become excluded from the search results and reports. Our team was able to fail over to a secondary database and resurface all of the hidden information, and no candidate data was lost. We apologize for the inconvenience this disruption has caused.

We've received reports that new candidates added to Greenhouse and submitted candidate referrals are not appearing normally on the Candidate Search Results page and Greenhouse Reports. Our team has identified the issue and is working to resolve it. No candidate data has been lost.
