Our mail provider has recovered from the attack, so we consider this incident closed. Additionally, we are working to improve our ability to mitigate this kind of issue in the future.

Our mail provider has mitigated the attack, resolving the delays in sending emails and loading reports. The issues affected our product sporadically for approximately one hour. We will continue to monitor and post updates as necessary.

Investigating

Our third-party mail provider is currently sustaining a Denial of Service attack that is delaying their ability to send emails from Greenhouse. We are also investigating reports of slowness in the reports and on the All Jobs and Candidates pages. For more information, please see http://status.mailgun.com/.
