Update
We’ll be performing routine Greenhouse Recruiting Silo 4 database maintenance on February 20, 2022, from 1–2 pm ET. During this time, some databases may be unavailable for up to one hour.
How will this impact my Greenhouse access?
Please plan for the following during maintenance:
- Silo 4 of the Greenhouse Recruiting application and its webhooks will be unavailable - Silo 4 of the Greenhouse Harvest API will be unavailable, so you won’t be able to make API calls during maintenance – including recurring or scheduled API calls - Silo 4 partner integrations that leverage Harvest API, Assessment API, Candidate Ingestion API or webhooks won’t interface with Greenhouse Recruiting during the maintenance period - Silos 1, 2, 3, 5, and 101 of Greenhouse Recruiting, Harvest API, and webhooks will remain available - Greenhouse Job Boards and Job Board APIs will remain available - candidates will be able to submit applications
This maintenance will not impact Greenhouse Onboarding, Greenhouse Job Boards and Job Board APIs.
How will this impact live integrations?
We are instructing all Greenhouse partners to retry any API calls for integrations that fail during downtime. This maintenance will increase the performance of the affected databases.
What if I have a sandbox or secondary Greenhouse account?
If you have a sandbox account or secondary account, we recommend checking which silo it is on. If that account is on Silo 4, it will be affected by this maintenance period.
