We'll be performing Greenhouse Recruiting database maintenance on Silo 3, Silo 4 and Silo 5 on Saturday, July 2nd 2022. The maintenance window will begin at 10:00 AM ET and end at 2:00 PM ET. During this time, some databases will be unavailable.
Please plan for the following during maintenance:
-The Greenhouse Recruiting application will not be accessible and instead serve a maintenance page. -The Greenhouse Harvest API will not be accessible and instead serve a maintenance response. -Partner integrations that leverage Harvest API, Assessment API, Candidate Ingestion API or webhooks won't interface with Greenhouse Recruiting during the maintenance period.
This maintenance will not impact Greenhouse Onboarding, Greenhouse Job Boards and Job Board APIs.
How will this impact live integrations?
We are instructing all Greenhouse partners to retry any API calls for integrations that fail during the downtime.
