We will be performing routine Greenhouse Recruiting database maintenance for Silo101(EU Silo) on Saturday, August 19, 2023, beginning at 16:00 UTC and ending at 18:00 UTC.
During maintenance, customers in Silo101 should expect: - Greenhouse Recruiting will be unavailable. - The Greenhouse Harvest API and webhooks will be unavailable. This means you will be unable to make API calls, including recurring or scheduled API calls. - Partner integrations that leverage Harvest API, Assessment API, Candidate Ingestion API, or webhooks will be unable to interface with Greenhouse Recruiting.
How will this impact live integrations? Maintenance downtime is being communicated to all Greenhouse Partners and they are being instructed to retry any API calls for integrations that fail during the maintenance period.
What if I have a sandbox or secondary Greenhouse account? The maintenance timeframe provided here applies to all Greenhouse Recruiting accounts in Silo101.
