We've processed the backed up email queue and the delivery should be happening now without delays. We will continue to monitor email processing out of abundance of caution.

Identified

Customers in silo 1 are experiencing delivery delays for interview reminders, follow-up reminders, availability submissions and candidate confirmation emails. We've identified several email jobs that got stuck and blocked the delivery process. We've taken measures to remove these jobs to unblock the delivery and the queue is being processed now. We will monitor and update the status.
