Mailgun states that their outbound delivery issue is fully recovered, so we are marking this issue resolved.

Our mail provider has implemented a fix. We are now sending emails, although we are seeing delays of a couple minutes.

Identified

We are seeing an outage in our email provider and Greenhouse is unable to send emails. This is also affecting actions that would send email, such as advancing a candidate, and may cause those to fail or timeout.
