Resolved

We have confirmed that all Greenhouse services are performing as expected. Any connectivity issues which you may be experiencing are due to problems with an upstream network provider. Since we are now certain that this issue is not localized to the Greenhouse application, we are marking this incident as resolved.

Investigating

Some customers in California are currently reporting trouble connecting to Greenhouse (among other websites). We are awaiting word from our upstream provider as to the source of the issue. We will provide an update once we know more.
