US silos 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and European silo 101 are operational. US silo 1 and 2 are still undergoing maintenance.

We will be performing routine Greenhouse Recruiting database maintenance on April 16th, 2023 beginning at 16:00 UTC / 12:00 EDT and ending at 22:00 UTC / 18:00 EDT.
How will this impact my Greenhouse access?
During this time, some databases may be unavailable for up to two hours. Please plan to expect the following impacts while maintenance is happening: - The Greenhouse Recruiting application will be unavailable. - The Greenhouse Harvest API and webhooks will be unavailable. This means you will not be able to make API calls during maintenance, including recurring or scheduled API calls. - Partner integrations that leverage Harvest API, Assessment API, Candidate Ingestion API, or webhooks will be unable to interface with Greenhouse Recruiting during the maintenance period.
This maintenance will not impact the Greenhouse Onboarding and Greenhouse Job Boards & Job Board APIs, they will remain available.
How will this impact live integrations?
Maintenance downtime is being communicated to all Greenhouse Partners and they are being instructed to retry any API calls for integrations that fail during the maintenance period.
What if I have a sandbox or secondary Greenhouse account?
The maintenance timeframe provided here corresponds to all Greenhouse Recruiting accounts on all silos.
